Integrations Overview

Every integration StockSweep offers, what each one is for, which plan it needs, and, stated honestly, which ones you can connect today.

StockSweep connects to the rest of your stack in four directions: analytics, email marketing, automation, and your own systems through the API. This page is the map: what exists, what it is for, and which ones are available to connect right now.

Estimated time: 4 minutes

What you'll accomplish

  • See every available integration in one place
  • Know which plan each one requires
  • Know which are ready to connect today and which are not
  • Know where to go next for each

Requirements

This overview page is on every plan, including Free. Individual integrations are not: GA4 and Competitor Pricing need Pro or Enterprise; API & Webhooks and Shopify Flow are Enterprise-only. See Plan Limits & Usage for the exact per-plan numbers.

Where integrations live

All of them are under Settings → Integrations, each with its own page.

Available today

Google Analytics 4 (Pro or Enterprise)

Sends StockSweep events into your GA4 property so clearance activity shows up alongside the rest of your store analytics. Connects with credentials you generate in your own GA4 property, so there is nothing to wait on at our end. → Connect Google Analytics 4

Competitor Pricing (Pro or Enterprise)

Tracks competitor prices for the SKUs you choose, and feeds market-gap bounds into your discount policy. Uses a plain HTTP fetcher against pages you nominate, not a third-party data provider you need to sign up with. → Competitor Pricing — sources & health

API & Webhooks (Enterprise)

Your own systems, reading and writing StockSweep data directly, plus webhooks for events you want pushed to you. API keys and webhook subscriptions are Enterprise-only. → API & Webhooks Setup

Shopify Flow (Enterprise)

11 triggers and 9 actions, so StockSweep events can start a Flow and a Flow can drive StockSweep. The deepest no-code automation option if you are on Shopify. → Shopify Flow — triggers & actions

Not currently available to connect

We would rather tell you this here than let you find it at the end of a connect flow.

Email marketing: Klaviyo and Mailchimp (Pro or Enterprise)

Built and ready on our side: catalogue sync, list sync and event push. Connecting requires an app-level OAuth application registered with each provider, and that registration is not yet provisioned. Until it is, the Connect step cannot complete. There is nothing to retry and nothing wrong with your account. → Connect Klaviyo · Connect Mailchimp. Both document exactly what happens once this is provisioned.

Also built: clearance product feeds, campaign management and the spend governor described in Paid Ads — who pays for what. Connecting requires Google Ads API access at our end that is not yet provisioned, so the Connect step cannot complete yet. → Connect Google Ads documents the account-selection flow that will run once this is provisioned.

If either of these is the reason you are evaluating StockSweep, contact us and we will tell you the current status directly rather than leaving you to guess from a button that does not work.

Choosing between them

  • You want StockSweep activity in your existing analytics → GA4.
  • You want your discounts to react to competitors → Competitor Pricing.
  • You want no-code automation and you are on Shopify → Shopify Flow.
  • You want to build something yourself → API & Webhooks.

Shopify Flow and the API overlap. Flow is faster for "when X happens, do Y" inside Shopify; the API is the right choice when the logic lives in your own systems or spans tools Flow does not reach.

Verify a connection is healthy

Every integration page shows a status. The states you will see are the same everywhere: Pending (started, not finished), Active, Degraded (authenticated but failing), Disconnected, and Revoked.

Degraded is the one to act on. It usually means credentials were revoked at the provider's end or a permission was removed. Automatic retries do not fix an authentication failure, so the integration stays degraded until you reconnect.

FAQ

Do integrations cost extra?

No. Your plan is a flat monthly price and integrations are included at the plan levels listed above. Ad spend and any provider's own subscription are billed to you by that provider. See Plans Overview.

What happens to a connection if I downgrade?

Stored credentials are preserved. Access follows your current plan, so an Enterprise-only integration stops working but does not need reconnecting if you upgrade again.

Can I connect more than one of these at once?

Yes. They are independent, so a problem with one does not affect the others.
